Zappos Bribes New Employees to Quit
That’s right, Zappos offers one-week old employees a $1,000 “Quit Now” bonus if they, well, quit. Now. $1M bet that gold will trade at $1650 by Jan 2011 →
Old news, but incredible nonetheless. Jim Sinclair, a precious metals specialist, made a wager that gold will trade at $1,650 by the second week of January 2011. It’s currently at $925. At the time of wager it was at $890. He made the bet to demonstrate the conviction he has to his bullish viewpoint on gold. Any takers? Apparently, yes; though I cannot find the details as to whom.
